Important Shipping Info

In our effort to bring you the best in American Made Products for all of your birding needs, we carry products from a wide variety of manufacturers. We have assembled this list over the years, and strive to constantly bring you new and improved items. Each manufacturer has different shipping times and different methods of shipping.

On our website, the shipping method is listed as FedEx, although some of our distributors will use UPS, USPS or priority mail. We configure the costs in the shopping cart to reflect the method used for the shipping of an individual product. Some manufacturers have an extended delivery times, and we have tried to include this information in the product description.

If you ever have specific questions, just contact us and we will be happy to answer any question you may have. Please note that our manufacturers’ constantly upgrade their products. Our goal is to reflect these changes on the website. We reserve the right to substitute an upgraded product providing it is equal to or better than what you have ordered. We will not substitute an inferior product under any circumstance.

Important Shipping Info

All in-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and all observed holidays). Please allow for this 48 hour order processing window on expedited shipping options as well. All ground orders (within the continental U.S.) should be received within 7-10 business days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).

In the unforeseeable event that we have an out of stock item, we will notify you via e-mail. PLEASE keep in mind that most shippers do not DELIVER on Saturdays and Sundays, and do not consider Saturdays and Sundays as in-transit days.

Shipments Outside the United States

We cannot ship to international addresses at this time.
